Vintage tea party

This vintage inspired cake in hues of peach and ivory would be perfect for the current trend of "the tea party". This design comprises of a pretty three tier cake with handmade sugar flowers and delicate vintage lace all displayed on a pressed glass stand. This brightly coloured christening cake featured hand cut icing bunting, dainty blossoms, butterflies, ladybirds, and button centered daisies- how cute!

Jane Eyre Wedding Cake

Vintage lace, hand-piped pearl drop embroidery and hand made icing roses and hydrangeas, combined to create a cake fit for a period drama. Crystals & Bows

Vintage roses and lace with a little bit of sparkle. Perfect for a small wedding celebration, a combination of traditional top tier, mini cakes and cupcakes in hues of ivory. This pretty design incorporated hand made icing roses, cascading blossoms and bows with accents of crystal and diamante.

Vintage Dessert Table

 

This dessert table was designed to co-ordinate with the vintage birdcage wedding cake that the bride fell for during her initial consultation. The table included mini-birdcage cakes, vintage cupcakes and mini cupcakes, birdhouse cookies with handwritten tags, handmade chocolates and sweets all complemented by vintage tea cups, a pretty birdcage, cut glass vintage cake stands and dainty posy vases. The colour theme featured hues of cream and greyish blue which sat beautifully against the backdrop of Peterstone Court with it's stunning period features. Delicate petals

 

This two tier cake, for the christening of the daughter of one of our lovely past brides, featured delicate roses and hydrangea blossoms which were accented with baby pink satin ribbon and pretty floral lace. The design also incorporated the initials of Mum, Dad and baby - which spell "summer" in Welsh.
