Kelly and Ryan choose bride & groom cookie favours for each of their guests to enjoy, with the bride cookies incorporating elements of lace and the coral accent colour of the bridal bouquet. The cake itself featured hand piped embroidery lace to the base and top tier and a gathered icing detail to the central tier to incorporate elements of the bridal gown. The cake included tiers of rich Belgian chocolate cake filled with layers of Belgian chocolate ganache, coconut cake with coconut, lime and Malibu ganache and classic Victoria sponge cake with rich vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.
